Chef-at-Market Event

We are thrilled to host Cara Mangini for our 3rd Chef-at-Market Series event!

Cara Mangini, founder of Little Eater restaurants (coming to Clintonville next month) and author of the award-winning cookbook The Vegetable Butcher will be at the market this Saturday from 9am to 11am at the W Dunedin Market Information tent.  She will be selling, signing and personalizing copies of her cookbook, sampling produce-inspired bites from Little Eater, and sharing tips, tricks, techniques, and simple recipes to inspire produce-inspired, summer cooking. Stop by for an opportunity to ask Cara all of your seasonal vegetable questions.
"What should I do with kohlrabi?"
"What is the best way to cut corn off the cob?"
"How do I salvage over-ripe tomatoes?"
"What's your favorite knife for cutting vegetables?"
Cara has answers for you and is looking forward to helping you put vegetables at the center of your plate this summer and in all the seasons ahead.
